First To Fly

Our Story

We've been where
you are.

We've built companies, raised funding, hired thousands, and learned the hard way what it takes to scale. First To Fly exists because we believe no one should have to go through that alone.

How It Started

Born from the trenches, not the boardroom

We built companies the hard way.

Between us, we've built and scaled companies across automotive, logistics, and digital transformation. Raised venture funding. Hired thousands. Operated across multiple countries. We know what it feels like to bet everything on a product and fight to make it work.

Software was always the bottleneck.

Every time, the same story. The technology that powered our businesses was painfully expensive, frustratingly slow, and required teams far larger than it should have. We invested millions into systems that took years to mature, and watched smaller businesses around us struggle with the same problems on a fraction of the budget.

Then AI changed everything.

Not in a hype-cycle way. In a real, tangible, “we can actually build ten times faster with ten times fewer people” way. We saw the chance to take everything we'd learned as operators and combine it with AI to build software that used to be out of reach for most businesses.

So we started a venture builder.

First To Fly isn't an agency or a consultancy. We co-invest alongside industry partners, building vertical software products together and sharing in the outcome. A team of people who've been through the fire, now using AI to make sure others don't have to burn the same way.

What We Believe

The convictions that drive us

Software shouldn't be this hard.

Building industry-grade systems has always meant six-figure budgets, 18-month timelines, and an army of consultants. We believe that's broken, and fixable.

AI changes the economics.

Not just faster code. A fundamentally different way of building. AI lets a small, experienced team deliver what used to require hundreds of engineers.

Operator knowledge compounds.

Knowing how a business actually runs, the edge cases, the workarounds, the things that break at scale, is the hardest thing to teach. We've lived it.

We win together.

We don't build software and walk away. We stay in the game alongside our partners, sharing in the outcome. When the product wins, everyone at the table wins.

Let's Talk

We've been where you are.
Let's build what comes next.

No pitch decks. No six-month scoping exercises. Just a conversation between operators about what's possible.
